We are seeking to incorporate a Quality Assistant into our Quality team to: * Review documentation for onboarding new suppliers, verifying that submitted documents are complete and meet established requirements. * Request and track missing or inconsistent documentation, issuing corresponding claims to suppliers. * Review and approve existing suppliers and products, validating that required documentation is provided according to their legal classification. * Manage the review and approval process via the AECOC platform. * Participate fully in supplier audits, if required. * Support product withdrawal management. * Handle complaints—both from customers and toward suppliers—ensuring effective communication and timely resolution. * Support system solution development when necessary, to guarantee data integrity and reliability. * University degree in a scientific field such as Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Science, or Pharmacy, or related disciplines. * Quality management systems training is highly desirable. * Experience in quality departments or performing quality-related functions is highly desirable. * Knowledge of, or willingness to train in, medical device legislation and AEMPS requirements is highly desirable. **What Atida|Mifarma offers you:** * An internationally expanding company. * Multicultural teams. * Flexible compensation (meal card, transport card, private health insurance, etc.). * Permanent remote work every Friday. * A birthday day off. * 23 working days of annual vacation. * Free coffee and herbal teas in the offices. * Numerous company-organized activities with colleagues. * Offices located in the city center. * Continuous training. * A young and dynamic work environment.
