Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Architect or Technical Architect to manage store and office maintenance and participate in the development of new store projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of store and office maintenance at national and international levels 2. Participation in the design and development phases of new store projects 3. Opportunity for growth and learning in a collaborative environment We are currently looking to hire a Junior Architect or Technical Architect for our offices in Barcelona. **What will you do?** * Comprehensive management of maintenance for company-owned stores and offices at national and international levels: coordination with suppliers, incident tracking and work progress monitoring, invoice control and management, among other duties. * Development of new store projects, participating in design phases, drafting plans, and creating renders. **Requirements:** * University degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and V\-Ray. * Proactive attitude, motivation to learn, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively. * Prior experience and English language proficiency are considered advantageous. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: 9:00–18:30 Monday to Thursday, and 9:00–15:00 on Fridays, with flexible start and end times. * Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, childcare, transportation, and meal benefits). * CLARÁ GROUP Benefits Club.
