Your mission will be to define and execute HOFF’s technology strategy, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and digital tools support business growth securely, scalably, and efficiently. You will serve as a strategic partner to all company departments, driving digital transformation and leading a team focused on delivering best-in-class service to the business. **What will you do here?:** * Define the technology strategy and IT roadmap. * Lead the company’s digital transformation. * Ensure availability, stability, and scalability of the technology infrastructure. * Lead cybersecurity and IT governance strategy. * Identify, assess, and prioritize technology risks. * Lead the evolution of platforms such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and POS. * Prioritize technology investments considering business impact, risk, and return on investment (ROI). * Manage vendors, budget, and strategic projects. * Lead and develop the IT team, defining growth and succession plans. * Collaborate closely with all departments to translate business needs into technological solutions. **Does this sound interesting?** **This is the type of profile we’re looking for** ️‍️ * \+8 years of experience leading IT departments. Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Postgraduate degree or MBA highly valued. * Strategic mindset with business vision, analytical capability, and results orientation. * Experience in global markets and scaling brands internationally.
