Description

Overview: The role belongs to the Sales Support and Business Intelligence team, located at the Madrid Headquarters in the Commercial Department. The global responsibility is to participate in the creation and evolution of reports and analytical tools that provide a comprehensive view of the pharmaceutical business, fostering innovation in the use of data. Responsibilities: * Development and maintenance of dashboards and interactive reports using Business Intelligence tools. * Integration and validation of data from different systems and market sources. * Data quality control, ensuring consistency and reliability. * Collaboration on analytical projects related to sales, market, and pharmaceutical operations Qualifications: * Education. Bachelor’s degree in technical or analytical field: Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Pharmacy, or similar * Experience + English level (minimum B2\). + At least two years of experience working in data analysis. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Interest in continuous learning and development within the Business Intelligence field. + Teamwork orientation and good communication skills. + Proactivity and adaptability to changing and technological environments. Required based on specific project needs * **Technical Skills.** + Basic knowledge of databases and SQL. + Intermediate knowledge of a programming language (Python, R, or another analytical language). + Advanced Excel skills. + Basic knowledge of a BI tool (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). * **Desired Knowledge**. Ability to work under pressure, team player, excellent communicator, customer orientation and multitasking, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to manage projects risks with problem solving attitude, ability to interact with all levels of management if required.
