SALES ASSISTANT — PALMA DE MALLORCA STORE At Thinking MU, we are looking to hire Sales Assistants for our Palma de Mallorca store. We seek dynamic profiles with experience in fashion retail and a passion for customer service, to join our team during the high season on weekends, with immediate start. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? * Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service. * Dynamic, proactive, and sales-oriented profile. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity towards fashion, products, and store image. * Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. * Availability to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive sales by delivering an excellent customer experience. * Convey the brand universe and product knowledge. * Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation. * Support restocking, product organization, and stock control. * Contribute to the store’s daily smooth operation. * Collaborate as part of a team to achieve commercial goals. LANGUAGES * Advanced English proficiency mandatory. * German is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER? * Employment during High Season (from June to October) * Weekly working hours: 15 hours on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) * A dynamic work environment focused on customer experience. * Potential for future opportunities within the brand.
