ARCHITECT

Description

We are seeking a junior architect to join our technical team for building and installation projects. You will participate in the development of real projects from the outset, collaborating with architects, engineers, and site managers, with a clear focus on learning and professional growth. Main responsibilities include: • Supporting architectural design and collaborating on installation calculations (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) • Preparing drawings and technical documentation • Participating in budgeting and measurements • Site monitoring and support • Coordinating with technical teams and suppliers * Minimum 1 month of experience; prior internship experience in engineering or construction preferred * Bachelor's degree * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Preferred qualifications include: • Knowledge of installation design • Familiarity with technical regulations Required qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field • Junior level: recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is a plus) • Strong Excel skills and advanced Catalan language proficiency (mandatory) • Interest in the construction and installation sector • Ability to learn quickly, proactive attitude, and teamwork skills * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2416'
