Facility Maintenance Team Leader (Technical\-Management Profile) **Job Description** -------------------------- Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its Energy Services division, seeks to hire a Facility Maintenance Team Leader with a hybrid profile in the Community of Madrid: an individual capable of leading and managing their technical team, while also being able to perform technical tasks when required. Main responsibilities include: * Carrying out and supervising electrical and HVAC maintenance work in facilities. * Intervening in HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection systems, coordinating or executing directly as needed. * Diagnosing faults and providing agile and efficient technical solutions. * Ensuring compliance with applicable current regulations. * Managing and tracking the work order workflow through the GMAO system.
