The objective is to supervise the operational execution of the B2B Back Office, coordinating teams, prioritizing activities, monitoring incidents and operational reports, and ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and defined service levels. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Coordinate the daily activities of Back Office teams. * Prioritize workloads. * Monitor compliance with deadlines and SLAs. * Prepare operational and monitoring reports. * Develop and maintain control reports. * Monitor operational incidents. * Open and monitor system incidents. * Coordinate FENIX stabilization activities. * Participate in regression testing. * Train and support the operational team. * Manage client communications. * Prepare productivity and quality reports. * Track backlog and pending items. * Attend periodic operational meetings. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years coordinating Back Office operations. * Experience in billing processes. * Experience in KPI monitoring. * Experience in reporting. * Experience in incident management. ### **What We Offer** * Join an established corporate group with national and international presence. * Permanent contract. * 100% remote work arrangement. * Possibility to be assigned to offices in Sevilla, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
