Job Summary: As an Ambassador in Valencia, you will be a trusted figure for families, schools, and educational communities, acting as a link between the local environment and the central academic team. Key Highlights: 1. Emotionally supportive advisory role with high impact on students’ lives 2. Building and consolidating relationships of trust with schools and families 3. A purpose-driven work environment demanding excellence Our client is a leading firm in international education, specializing in high-level academic programs and language immersion stays for children, teenagers, and young adults at prestigious boarding schools and selective schools in the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, and other top-tier destinations. As an Ambassador in Valencia, you will serve as the trusted representative for families, schools, and prestigious educational communities, acting as the bridge between the local context and the central academic team. This is not conventional sales—it is an emotionally supportive advisory role with significant impact on students’ lives. Main Responsibilities Represent the brand in Valencia as its visible face before families, schools, parent associations, social clubs, sports clubs, and cultural organizations. Build and consolidate relationships of trust with private and state-subsidized schools, school communities, and high-level family circles. Identify opportunities within your personal network and across the educational and social fabric of the province of Valencia. Organize and conduct in-person visits, presentations, and events at schools and partner institutions, as well as smaller-scale meetings with interested families. Explain—sensitively and rigorously—the value of the programs: linguistic immersion, development of autonomy, values-based education, international openness, and personal growth. Accompany families throughout their decision-making process, resolving doubts, providing expert guidance, and fostering confidence. Coordinate with the central team to formalize enrollment, manage documentation, and monitor students’ academic progress. Follow up on students’ experiences, keeping families informed and ensuring an outstanding experience. Submit periodic reports on commercial and relational activity to the client’s Commercial Management. Residence in Valencia and deep knowledge of the city’s and its surrounding area’s educational, social, and family environments. University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent), with strong cultural background and refined communication skills. Professional or personal trajectory linked to education, languages, international settings, or engagement with families. Highly desirable: personal experience studying or staying abroad, especially language-learning school programs. An individual with an excellent reputation in their community—approachable, empathetic, and naturally skilled at building trust. An established network of contacts within schools, educational communities, family associations, sports/cultural clubs, or related environments. Classical sales experience is not essential, but a proactive attitude oriented toward human relationships and family support is required. Availability for travel within the province of Valencia and for initial in-person training in Madrid (including overnight stay). What Will Make Your Application Stand Out Having been a highly involved parent/guardian in your children’s schooling at private or state-subsidized schools—or having actively participated in PTAs, educational foundations, social or cultural clubs. Bringing your own contact portfolio within Valencia’s educational, social, or cultural spheres. Demonstrating sensitivity toward international education, young people’s personal development, and the value of experiences outside Spain. Displaying a combination of discretion, elegance, and approachability when interacting with families who entrust major future decisions to you. Terms and Value Proposition Contract Type: Permanent. Working Hours: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week), with flexible morning or afternoon schedule, to be defined according to the candidate. Work Model: Base position at a premium coworking space in central Valencia. Partial remote work negotiable with the selected candidate. Fixed part-time remuneration, plus an attractive performance-based variable component. The variable component may represent a significant increase over the fixed salary (historically around +30% additional income). Initial product training and ongoing support from the central team. Opportunity to increase working hours and responsibilities mid-term, depending on market development and individual results. A purpose-driven work environment demanding excellence, collaborating with families seeking the highest-level international educational experiences for their children.
