At Centro Charas, we are seeking to hire a **self-employed professional** to deliver private secondary education (ESO) classes at our Las Lagunas center in Mijas. We are not merely looking for someone who explains a subject. We seek a person who understands that behind each student lie unique needs, a distinct learning pace, and an individual reality. We work with very small groups and provide individualized attention, fostering not only academic learning but also autonomy, organization, motivation, and self-confidence. We especially value professionals capable of adapting explanations to each student, creating a trusting environment, and maintaining fluent communication with the team when necessary. Requirements * Must be registered as a self-employed worker or able to register before the collaboration begins. * Education-related training (e.g., Primary/Secondary Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Education, or related degrees) or a university degree qualifying you to teach secondary-level subjects. * Experience providing academic support to ESO students. * Ability to adapt teaching methodology to each student’s needs. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. * Commitment, responsibility, and a vocation for education. Experience working with students facing learning difficulties, ADHD, dyslexia, organizational challenges, or requiring specific educational support will be especially valued.
