Location: Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz) Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Working Hours: Full-time Start Date: Immediate About Us: **Ecomolinos de los Barros S.L.** is an agri-food company located in **Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz, Extremadura)**, dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil and the processing of table olives. We were founded in 2024 with a clear purpose: to leverage the enormous potential of native Extremaduran olive varieties to produce high-quality products by combining traditional expertise with modern technology and processes. We operate our own olive mill and table olive processing facilities, and by the end of 2026 we will launch our bottling line—a key step in consolidating our project. Main Responsibilities: · Table olive campaign (processing, fermentation, and handling) · Olive mill campaign (reception, grinding, and extraction) · Bottling of olive oil and table olives · Preventive and corrective maintenance · Repair of pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment · Basic industrial electrical tasks Candidate Profile: · Knowledge of mechanics (pumps, motors, maintenance) · Basic knowledge of electricity · Positive attitude, commitment, and genuine willingness to learn · Interest in engaging in a long-term project Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in olive mills · Experience in table olive processing (table olives) · Training in agri-food industry or related fields Working Conditions: · 8-hour daily shifts throughout the year · During campaigns: overtime and shift work · Stable employment combining production, bottling, and maintenance What We Offer: · Indefinite-term contract · Stable project with real growth prospects · Opportunity to participate in a young company with future potential · Positive working environment · Opportunities for professional development Send CV to: administracion@ecomolinos.com Subject: Application for Operator Position – *(First and Last Name)* Work Location: On-site employment
