Specifically, our mission in this area is: To operate and manage technical architectures (communications, computing, storage, etc.) enabling agile service deployment, scalability, seamless integration with third-party products, and operating within highly secured environments. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your mission will be ensuring operational continuity during the production phase. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administration of customer production and pre-production environments, resolving complex incidents/requests. * Provisioning and migration of complex customer environments. * Accurate logging of performed tasks in designated tools. * Adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) contracted with customers. * Process automation. * Development of customized monitoring modules for specific customers. * Weekly on-call shifts to address off-hours incidents. **And for this role, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * +6 years in similar positions **Education** Degree or vocational training (FP) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
