We convey our clients’ security challenges to our operational teams to deliver tailored responses aligned with each client’s specific needs. We adapt Telefónica Tech’s services to meet client requirements by developing customized dashboards and reports enabling the CISO and security managers to monitor day-to-day cybersecurity operations. We advise our clients’ security departments on our services, experiences, and cross-functional cybersecurity vision. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: + Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding contracted cybersecurity services. + Managing the cybersecurity service contract(s) from a budgetary and milestone-tracking perspective. + Managing and coordinating workgroups fully or partially dedicated to assigned clients. + Providing cybersecurity advisory and consulting services to clients. + Liaising with commercial areas, business development teams, suppliers, and manufacturers involved with assigned clients. + Technical escalation and coordination of security incidents or issues affecting clients. **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** + At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT/OT security. **Education** Required: + Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
