If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com**What do we do in the team?** Within the **SECURITY MANAGERS** unit of Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech, we act as the primary liaison with major accounts on all matters related to the cybersecurity services offered by Telefónica Tech. We translate our clients’ security challenges to our operational teams to deliver tailored responses aligned with client needs; adapt Telefónica Tech’s services to meet client requirements by developing customized dashboards and reports enabling cybersecurity directors or managers to gain an overall view of their companies’ security status; and advise clients’ security departments on our services, experiences, and cross-cutting cybersecurity vision. **What will your day-to-day be like?** Your mission will be to manage end-to-end interactions between clients and the various cybersecurity services offered by Telefónica Tech, ensuring these services are delivered professionally, with quality, and in accordance with agreements signed with our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding contracted cybersecurity services. * Manage the budgetary and milestone-tracking aspects of cybersecurity service contracts. * Manage and coordinate work teams fully or partially dedicated to assigned clients. * Provide cybersecurity advisory and consulting services to clients. * Liaise with commercial areas, business development units, suppliers, and vendors involved in assigned client engagements. * Technically escalate and coordinate security incidents or issues affecting clients. **And for this, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity and IT security. * Client management experience. * Team management experience. * Strong communication skills. * Leadership capabilities. * Experience managing crises and complex problems requiring interaction across different areas, departments, or organizations. * Extensive knowledge across all domains of Cybersecurity: + Perimeter and system security solutions. + Security monitoring and incident response systems. + Cyber threats. + Vulnerabilities. + Regulatory compliance. **Education** Required: + Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. + Certifications in security such as CISM, CISSP.
