If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com **What Do We Do in the Team?** The **PROJECTS & INTEGRATION** unit of Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech plays a pivotal role as the internal technical knowledge hub for Telefónica Tech’s capabilities (Global Cloud Technology & Operations); it also serves as the central point of contact with multiple internal TTECH departments (Pre-sales, Commercial, Product, Finance, and other Operations teams). The Projects & Integration Center TTECH area is key to providing technical consultancy and implementing the solutions required by Telefónica’s customers. We deliver technical value, specialized expertise, and delivery capabilities. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** Your mission will be end-to-end management of Virtualization (IaaS), PaaS, CCPP (OCI), Backup, and Comms technology projects, addressing customer requirements. You will be responsible for project management—ensuring adherence to planning, quality, and budget, as well as achieving the scope defined in customer contracts—coordinating across various technical teams, suppliers, and customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: + Acting as the primary client contact during all phases of the Standard Project (Go-Live, Implementation, and Final Delivery). + Maintaining ongoing communication with Service Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams. + Technical management of the Standard Project—ensuring full implementation of the Cloud project scope and customer requirements on time and as specified. In case of deviations, coordinating with Commercial and Engineering teams to resolve them. + Managing client expectations, risks, dependencies, and any identified deviations. + Conducting thorough project execution monitoring, establishing critical paths when necessary, up to "Ready for Service" and "Handover to Operations". + Economic management of the Standard Project—reviewing and ensuring that the project’s financial allocations are appropriate for execution, managing potential deviations in coordination with Commercial, Engineering, and Client teams. Reporting required information into Telefónica Tech’s management systems for tracking and control. Supervising purchases and procurements associated with the Cloud Project. **And For This, We Believe It Would Be Ideal If You Had…** **Experience** + Experience in technical management of IT infrastructure projects. + Over 2 years’ experience in customer management. + Experience liaising with suppliers. + Experience collaborating with internal support areas. **Education** Required: + Higher Vocational Training Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent. Desirable: + Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. + Official Project Management certifications. + Vendor-specific technical certifications. + Training in Project Management and/or IT Service Management. **Technical Knowledge** Valuable cloud-related knowledge at the following levels: + Knowledge and experience in virtualized environments. + Knowledge of communications and firewalls.
