So, if you wish to join us, what we ask is that you become part of the major project we are currently undertaking—and help us continue turning it into reality! **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** Your mission will be: as a member of the company’s Budget & Data Insights area, you will support the analysis, control, and monitoring of People-related indicators; prepare financial reports; and participate in and manage Strategic Workforce Planning projects alongside other departments—contributing to the achievement of the area’s objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Support the preparation and monitoring of personnel cost control reports. * Participate in KPI analysis. * Collaborate in preparing budgets and forecasts for the area. * Prepare reporting for the Finance area. * Support internal process optimization and digitalization projects. * Ensure data integrity and quality in internal systems. * Prepare the monthly headcount and personnel expense report for Spain + countries (coordination with countries). **AND TO DO THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** * We seek an analytical profile with advanced Excel skills and strong enthusiasm for learning about various HR metrics. * At least two years’ prior experience in a similar data analyst role within People or Management Control functions—or experience and knowledge specifically focused on reporting and/or personnel expense control and/or data analysis and/or compensation and benefits. **Education** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
