Support and coordination of project activities with the PM. Ensuring high quality in the definition of technical objectives while adding value. Close interaction with the CTO and technical teams of our clients to communicate the evolution, objectives, and benefits of their digital transformation. Main responsibilities: * Work and coordinate with medium and large project teams. * Ensure successful delivery of medium-complexity, large-scale projects based on best practices. * Proper sizing and customization of non-standard services, consulting with providers integrated with Microsoft when necessary. * Demonstrate leadership in consultancy services across delivery functions (Plan, Build, Execute). * Occasionally create content for internal and external service communities (communities, blogs, technical documents, etc.). * Possess basic knowledge of general principles behind IT industry standards. * Ability to lead technical projects efficiently using appropriate resources, tools, and documentation for hybrid cloud projects. * Drive consultative sales activities within the client environment. * Provide advisory services (to small or medium-sized clients). * Responsible for creating and presenting consultancy deliverables to client stakeholders. * Effectively mentor and train less experienced personnel in large projects. * Contribute to design deliverables to ensure the implemented solution aligns with the project's required outcomes. * Ability to independently complete technical solution implementations. Ability to quickly learn and keep up with fast-paced changes in the cloud domain, including the introduction and deployment of new hybrid platforms and tools. * **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** * More than 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, designing, and implementing medium-sized and occasionally complex IT solutions. More than 6 years of client interaction in technical designs and cloud technology deployments. * **Education** * Degree in Computer Science or related fields. * AZURE certifications or other public cloud certifications. * Other Microsoft certifications are valued. * Postgraduate courses related to cutting-edge solutions such as AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc., are valued. English level B1 or higher. * **Technical Skills** And for this, we need you to know: * Advanced experience in delivering hybrid cloud or multi-cloud projects. * Advanced consulting skills. * Analysis and understanding of client business processes. * Advanced business writing skills for client deliverables. * Presenting solutions to clients for complex solution designs (ability to articulate business value in complex solutions). * Identifying and assigning correct skill requirements and effective collaboration across verticals. * Support in pre-sales (articulating service value during the sales process) / cross-selling and upselling capability. * Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms, especially Azure, but also valuing other technologies such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure and data management solutions. * Obtaining and maintaining Azure and general Microsoft certifications.
