We translate our clients’ security challenges to our operational teams to deliver tailored responses aligned with each client’s specific needs. We adapt Telefónica Tech’s services to meet client requirements by developing customized dashboards and reports that enable CISOs and security managers to monitor day-to-day cybersecurity operations. We advise our clients’ security departments on our services, experiences, and cross-cutting cybersecurity vision. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your mission will be to ensure the security of systems and architectures across our clients’ cloud-based services and infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Implement, configure, and analyze monitoring tools and alerts arising from cloud security administration for clients using CSPM, CWPP, DSPM, CNAPP, and ASPM technologies—such as Wiz, Cortex Cloud, or CrowdStrike. This includes: account onboarding, alert and report creation, integration with GdI and Splunk, proposals for improving feature/rule/policy activation, and tool tuning. * Implement, configure, and operate native cloud security solutions: Azure WAF, Firewall, AWS Firewall, Security Hub, Inspector, etc. * Develop scripts to automate processes and verify monitoring tasks. * Review and enhance security policies and directives defined by Telefónica’s clients under applicable regulatory frameworks. **And for this, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * +3 years in a similar role **Education** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. * One certification from the following: Microsoft Azure AZ-305, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Google Professional Cloud Engineer.
