We maintain a strong strategic partnership with Microsoft and collaborate closely to anticipate market demands. Within the Azure product area, you will manage the product lifecycle together with the Azure Product Manager, coordinating customer-driven services by collecting direct feedback from clients and through our sales network. **HOW WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK?** Your mission will be to manage the lifecycle of Microsoft Azure products and services at Telefónica Tech. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state-of-the-art services * Market analysis and customer needs assessment * Definition of product and service roadmap in collaboration with the Azure Product Manager Lead * Functional definition and customer experience design for services * Functional definition of service evolution and innovation * Definition of initial capacity and its future scalability * Functional validation prior to product and service deployment * Management of the service lifecycle, including Azure consumption, Professional Services, and Managed Services * Development of pricing policies * Definition and request of GTM actions * Definition and request of communication initiatives * Support and training for Telefónica's specialized sales teams * Support and participation in events and communication activities * Monitoring of the Azure product, its sales model and integration, discounts and rebates through partners * **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** * At least 3 years of experience in companies performing roles related to product or business management of IT services, one of which must involve Microsoft Azure. At least 1 year of experience in managing and/or delivering cloud adoption professional services and/or managed cloud services. * **Education** * Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications * Training and certifications in Microsoft Azure (at least one) * Business management training Desirable: * Advanced training and certifications (administrator, architect, etc.) in Microsoft Azure (at least one additional certification beyond the required minimum). Business-related education (MBA or equivalent) will be valued. * **Technical Skills** * In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure * Additional knowledge of other hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP will be valued.
