Job Summary: Cajamar Tecnología is seeking an SRE Cloud professional for the Service Management Office (SMO), focused on monitoring, ensuring, and improving the efficiency of IT Infrastructure and Operations services in cloud environments. What Do We Expect From You? University degree related to the position (Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar). Minimum 3 years’ experience in roles with responsibility in the operation and administration of technological infrastructure in cloud environments from one of the major providers (AWS, Azure, Google). Proven experience in managing technological services for large enterprises. Broad and diverse knowledge of leading market technologies and practical usage. Experience in budget management and supervision of technological service quality. Ability to resolve problems and conflicts, as well as autonomously manage risks. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experience with service operations methodologies. Proficiency in English (advanced level) for both oral and written comprehension and expression. Commitment to work and to the company. Strategic vision. Preferred Qualifications ITIL or COBIT certifications will be valued. Knowledge of the financial and consumption models of major cloud providers (especially Azure and OCI) will be valued. Knowledge of OpenShift technology will be valued. Cloud architecture-related certifications in this domain will be valued. What Would Your Responsibilities Be? Monitor, ensure, and improve the efficiency of Cloud-associated IT Infrastructure and Operations services. Monitor and verify end-to-end compliance with defined SLAs. Control and manage proper fulfillment of agreements established with providers participating in the delivery of Cloud-associated IT Infrastructure and Operations services. Implement corrective measures in case of non-compliance, as well as enforcement of penalties/service credits where applicable. Manage consumption and billing control, including forecasting growth and resulting economic impact. Establish and verify compliance with internal bank standards and mandatory regulatory requirements for Cloud-associated IT Infrastructure and Operations services. Coordinate with various service areas any internal changes affecting Cloud technological infrastructure operations. Manage and produce internal reporting on area tracking, evolution, and provider oversight. Ensure compliance with and follow up on Audit and Cybersecurity recommendations related to respective domains. What Do We Offer?
