We seek an Optimization / Process Automation Specialist for Operations, with business acumen and technical AI skills, to lead the transformation of traditional workflows into intelligent, automated systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing prompt architectures, optimizing cross\-functional processes, and ensuring that generative AI usage is strategically aligned with the company’s growth and efficiency goals. **Responsibilities:** Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency across marketing, product, and sales departments. Develop and standardize structured prompt systems for creating technical documentation, web content, and marketing assets—ensuring brand voice consistency. Lead the redesign and development of web platforms using next-generation tools (e.g., Framer) and generative AI to accelerate time-to-market. Establish "human\-in\-the\-loop" review processes to ensure quality control of AI outputs, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to internal standards. Analyze market trends and growth data to identify business opportunities and optimize customer prospecting strategy (Sales Intelligence). Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams to align AI initiatives with customer needs and business objectives. Perform quality control of AI outputs, implementing a human-in-the-loop review process to maintain accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Implement user-centric technical resources, aligning AI-generated content with overarching business goals to enhance user experience (UX) and site navigation. **Requirements:** --------------- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent. Advanced training in No\-Code AI and Machine Learning (certification from institutions such as MIT or similar is desirable). Proven experience in business process improvement and automation. Proficiency in generative AI tools, RapidMiner, and rapid web development platforms (e.g., Framer).
