In our **Defense and Critical Systems unit**, we work on projects of **high technological complexity**, where software reliability, security, and quality are absolutely critical. **Join our team working on strategic projects in defense and cybersecurity!** As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Senior Software Verification \& Validation Automation Lead**, with extensive experience in **Verification and Validation of complex systems and test automation**, to join key projects in critical and highly demanding technical environments. **️** **What will you do?** --------------------- * ✅ Define the **global Verification and Validation strategy** for software and complex systems. * Lead and coordinate **advanced testing campaigns** (functional, end-to-end, performance, and load). * Collaborate closely with **development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams**. * Design, implement, and maintain **test automation frameworks**. * ️ Automate end-to-end user interface tests using **Playwright**. * Execute and analyze **load and performance tests with JMeter**. * Define and automate API validations using **Postman, advanced scripting, and Newman**. * Develop automation frameworks in **Python or Java**. * Integrate automated tests into **CI/CD pipelines**. * Coordinate and track V\&V activities across multidisciplinary projects. * Analyze results, identify quality risks, and propose corrective actions. * Prepare and oversee **technical and test documentation**, ensuring traceability. * Provide technical mentoring to junior and mid-level profiles. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ *Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements. Go ahead — learn about our offer and let us discover what you can bring to our team!* ### **✅ Essential Requirements** * More than **5 years of experience** in software and complex systems Verification and Validation. * Advanced capability in **defining, strategizing, and leading** testing campaigns. * Experience working with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams. * Advanced knowledge of **networks, Linux, and critical systems**. * Experience in **coordinating and tracking** V\&V activities. * ️ Strong communication skills and ability to produce **technical documentation**. * **High level of English proficiency**. ### **Mandatory Automation Skills** * Solid experience with **Playwright** (UI end-to-end). * + Experience with **JMeter** for load and performance testing. * Advanced use of **Postman**, scripting, and **Newman**. * ‍ Programming in **Python or Java** applied to automation. * Integration of tests into **CI/CD**. * **Desirable** * ️ Experience leading **automation frameworks**. * Knowledge of **Wireshark or tcpdump**. * **ISTQB Foundation / Advanced** or cybersecurity certifications. * ️ Experience with **simulators, test benches, and tactical communications**. ### **Personal Skills** ‍ * Technical leadership and mentoring. * Autonomy, technical judgment, and problem-solving ability. * Clear communication with stakeholders. * ️ Commitment to **defense, cybersecurity, and critical systems** projects.
