We offer a technology-based service—developed through internal R\+D—called **InprOTech Guardian**, designed for industrial network monitoring, industrial asset inventory, and anomaly detection using various strategies such as intrusion detection or artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. We seek a candidate with software development experience, who is dynamic, enjoys teamwork, aims to grow technically and managerially, and also wishes to develop client-facing skills and contribute to business value—by proposing new ideas and approaches, mentoring junior colleagues, participating in client meetings, delivering functional and technical demos, supporting pre-sales activities, attending on-site deployments, or contributing to the company’s progress and growth by generating knowledge or value—such as researching new technologies for integration into our developments, supporting the identification of service improvement or evolution opportunities, writing corporate blog posts, or participating in industry events and conferences. Your primary responsibility will be to join the current R\+D team to focus on backend software development and contribute to enhancing the InprOTech Guardian service or other current or future business lines. Additionally, you will be expected to act as a bridge between the technical team and clients, helping convey business value, identify needs, and reinforce solution adoption.
