At DXC Spain, we are looking for a **Senior Security Architect** to lead the security transformation of a major financial ecosystem. Your mission will go beyond merely securing systems—you will **design the security DNA** of a banking entity undergoing rapid evolution. You will be the pivotal piece in standardizing architectures, processes, and metrics, enabling the transition toward an industrialized model of security functions. You will work at the heart of a **cross\-functional team of specialist architects** (Networks, Systems, Applications, Storage, etc.), ensuring security is not siloed but rather an integrated enabler across every technological layer. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on architecture and strategy. * Technical Knowledge: + Advanced security architecture grounded in Zero Trust principles. + Deep and demonstrable expertise in Networks and Systems (solid fundamentals in routing, segmentation, OS hardening, and virtualization). + Prior experience in the banking sector or highly regulated environments. * Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of DORA, as well as international standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2\). * Certifications: Prestigious security certifications will be highly valued. * Soft Skills: Leadership capability, holistic vision, excellent communication skills for engaging with executive stakeholders, and strong synthesis ability. **Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Leadership:** Define and execute the security architecture roadmap for the bank’s transformation. * **Regulatory Compliance (DORA):** Ensure the entire architecture complies with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and other applicable financial regulations. * **Standardization:** Develop and oversee catalogs of reference architectures, process frameworks, and dashboards of metrics/indicators (KRI/KPI). * **Industrialization of Functions:** Design the technical and operational foundation to deploy new, automated, and scalable security functions. * **Ecosystem Collaboration:** Work hand-in-hand with the architecture team to embed security-by-design controls across all layers. * **Executive Engagement:** Serve as the technical liaison to executive roles and present reports/projects to CXO-level stakeholders. **What You’ll Find at DXC?** * Opportunity to lead a transformation project from inception within a high-impact entity. * Collaborative work environment with the industry’s top technical specialists. * Real influence on the company’s technological and operational decisions. * Professional development. * Cutting-edge projects with market-leading clients. * Excellent working atmosphere. * Flexibility and work-life balance. * Work with state-of-the-art technologies in the IT sector. * Access to DXC Learning and official certifications. * Social and responsible commitment. * Stable employment. * Social benefits.
