React Frontend Developer (Remote)

Participate in stable projects with national and international clients DESCRIPTION We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in React and the modern Frontend ecosystem, focused on quality, performance, and sound development practices. **Conditions:** * Contract: Permanent * Project location: Madrid * Work modality: Remote. Must reside in Spain * Working hours: Full-time (9 AM to 6 PM). Summer hours (8 AM to 3 PM) * Salary: Up to €34,000 gross per annum. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable and accessible React interfaces aligned with UX/UI and business objectives. * Implement state management, routing, data handling, and API communication; ensure performance, security, and testing. * Collaborate on CI/CD, code reviews, and documentation; monitor frontend metrics, errors, and user experience. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** * 3–5 years of Frontend development experience * Experience with React (hooks, context, custom hooks), TypeScript, React Router, state management (Redux/RTK, Zustand, Recoil), and patterns (atomic, clean). * Proficiency in the ecosystem: Vite/Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, monorepos (Nx/Turbo), SSR/SSG (Next.js), and microfrontends. * Web standards: HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, CSS\-in\-JS (Styled, Emotion), Tailwind, accessibility (WCAG), i18n, responsive design, and performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals). * Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright; quality (ESLint, Prettier), security (CSP, sanitization, auth OIDC/OAuth2\).
