Due to increased activity, we are seeking a **Production Leader**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the **Production Team**, you will be responsible for: * Leading and coordinating the production operator team during your shift, ensuring safe, efficient and standards-compliant execution. * Guaranteeing daily production plan compliance in terms of volume, quality, cost and delivery time (SLA). * Ensuring correct operation of SIM Card and SMD production lines, proactively addressing deviations, incidents or stoppages. * Ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations, promoting a safe working environment and preventing accidents. * Providing direct technical, organizational and operational support to operators, ensuring correct application of processes and work methods. * Identifying training needs, supporting onboarding of new operators and contributing to continuous team development. * Managing and validating correct application of quality standards, process controls and customer requirements (CSR, automotive, industrial). * Monitoring key operational indicators (production, performance, quality, scrap, incidents, safety) during the shift. * Coordinating and demanding support from Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and other support teams to ensure operational continuity. * Escalating incidents in a structured manner, ensuring clear and timely communication with the Coordinator or area managers. * Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, loss identification and proposals for process and work organization optimization. * Ensuring correct application of procedures, work instructions and current operational standards. **Experience, Knowledge and Skills** * Prior experience as Production Leader, Supervisor or Shift Manager in industrial environments. * Practical knowledge of production processes, preferably in automated or highly complex lines. * Experience managing operational teams and fostering people development. * Knowledge and application of industrial safety standards and occupational risk prevention. * Ability to analyze operational incidents and make rapid, results-oriented decisions. * Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills. * Organized, proactive, responsible and goal-oriented profile. **Desirable:** * Specific experience in SIM Card, SMD, personalization or Smartlines production. * Familiarity with industrial KPIs (SLA, Yield, productivity, scrap, efficiency). * Experience working in industrial environments with automotive or high-quality requirements. * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, 5 Whys). * Experience collaborating closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams. * Ability to work in high-pressure environments with demanding volume, quality and deadline requirements. **What We Offer:** * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers and social benefits such as childcare, training, etc.) * Life insurance * Partially subsidized health insurance * Various work-life balance services * Savings club * Opportunity to join a global leader in cybersecurity and digital identity. * Dynamic industrial environment with a strong culture of safety and sustainability. * Professional development opportunities within Thales.
