DESCRIPTION BEIGAR is looking for Product Chief Engineers to join a multinational leader in European-scale cyber defense projects. These are two strategic positions within advanced technological innovation environments, where you will combine technical leadership, product vision, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams on international projects. We seek candidates with solid experience in technical leadership and management of complex technological products, capable of aligning architecture, development, and business objectives in agile and highly innovative environments. **Responsibilities** Align the product’s technical strategy with the product architect. Support development planning and backlog management. Functionally coordinate multidisciplinary teams and track progress. Manage efforts, deviations, resources, risks, and project deliverables. Ensure generation of designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concept demonstrations. Guarantee proper application of reference architectures in the product. Participate in technical and strategic product decision-making. Communicate results and progress to technical and executive audiences. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities. Experience tracking projects, resources, and deliverables. Knowledge of cybersecurity and emerging technologies. Experience working in agile environments. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. High level of English (B2\-C1\). Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** Master’s or PhD in technology-related fields. Experience in projects funded by the European Commission (H2020, EDF, FP7\) or NATO. Experience in cyber defense or military defense environments. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proactive mindset and results orientation. Experience in technological innovation and proof-of-concept development. Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
