DESCRIPTION At GRUPO DIGITAL, we are looking to hire for one of our clients ### **PROCESS ANALYST // SCRUM MASTER** Drive agile teams in high-impact environments with continuous improvement. You will play a key role in facilitating value delivery and optimizing processes in complex contexts. ### **Your Responsibilities** * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective). * Support teams in adopting agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). * Identify and remove impediments affecting productivity. * Promote continuous improvement and an agile culture. * Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables. * Analyze and optimize operational processes.
