Due to increased activity, we are seeking a **Perso Engineer**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the **Engineering Team**, you will be responsible for: * Defining, implementing and managing the production technical environment for initialization, electrical testing, data processing and personalization of smart cards (SIM Cards) and SMD. * Managing and maintaining personalization systems, ensuring their correct operation, availability, security and compliance with corporate standards. * Acting as a key interface between Production, Engineering, Quality, IT, Logical Security and corporate teams for Personalization Software Engineering and Product Engineering. * Ensuring compliance with logical, cryptographic and traceability security requirements, including key management and security ceremonies. * Providing continuous technical support to Production and shift teams, ensuring rapid resolution of technical incidents and minimizing impact on volume, quality and delivery timelines. * Actively participating in the industrialization of new products, electrical profiles, labels and customer configurations for release to production. * Installing, configuring, validating and maintaining personalization software and hardware on existing and new machines. * Managing installation and updates of industrial and application software versions (supervision, platforms and management systems). * Analyzing production results, electrical test outcomes, rejections, scrap and traceability data, identifying deviations and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Developing and maintaining technical reports and management dashboards using data from production systems. * Participating in internal, customer and corporate audits, representing the Perso area and ensuring regulatory compliance. * Promoting and delivering technical training for operators, support staff, engineers and new hires on personalization systems and processes. * Structuring, documenting and keeping up-to-date the technical and process documentation repository, ensuring knowledge retention. * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, automation and optimization of technical and production support processes. * Complying with and promoting the Integrated Management System standards (Quality, Environment, Health, Occupational Safety, Physical and Logical Security). **Experience, Knowledge and Skills** * University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automation or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Perso Engineer, Industrial Systems Engineer or Production Engineer in industrial environments. * Solid knowledge of electronics, microprocessors and embedded systems. * Practical knowledge of cryptographic environments, key management and logical security. * Experience in installation, configuration and validation of industrial software and hardware. * Knowledge of productive data analysis, traceability and technical reporting. * Experience working with multiple industrial systems and corporate platforms. * Ability to work with multiple interfaces and manage priorities in demanding production environments. * Advanced English proficiency for interaction with international corporate teams. * Analytical, structured, autonomous profile with strong focus on operational stability. **Desirable:** * Specific experience in smart card, SIM Card, SMD or Smart Manufacturing personalization. * Knowledge of programming and automation languages (Python, APIs, SQL). * Experience with MES systems, data capture platforms and industrial reporting tools. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing). * Experience collaborating with global corporate teams and high-stakes audits. * Experience in industrial environments with stringent security, quality and traceability requirements (automotive, telecom, banking, digital identity). **What We Offer?** * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers and social benefits such as childcare, training, etc.) * Life insurance * Partially subsidized health insurance * Various work-life balance services * Savings club * Opportunity to join a global leader in cybersecurity and digital identity. * Dynamic industrial environment with a strong culture of security and sustainability. * Professional development opportunities within Thales.
