Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services * Spain – Tarragona, Cataluña * IT * Full\-time **Your skills** --------------- * 3–5 years of experience in application support and 1–2 years in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Experience with enterprise or industrial applications; MES, PCS, WMS, QMS, SAP or reporting systems will be valued. * Ability to diagnose, resolve and prioritize incidents impacting production. * Basic knowledge of industrial environments, automation, PLC, SCADA and IT/OT integration. * Basic knowledge of databases and SQL. * Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or similar. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical, operational teams and vendors. * Commitment to cybersecurity, operational safety and change management procedures. **Your tasks** -------------- * Provide first-level support for plant applications and integrated IT/OT systems. * Monitor application status and manage incidents, alarms and user issues. * Perform initial diagnosis, analysis and classification of incidents, escalating to L2/L3 teams when required. * Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Automation and IT to resolve incidents. * Manage access rights and perform basic application administration tasks. * Keep tickets, documentation and knowledge articles up to date. * Provide support during maintenance, upgrades and deployments. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational safety procedures. **Be part of us** ----------------- Hemmersbach delivers IT infrastructure services in over 190 countries and operates 50 wholly-owned subsidiaries.
