We are looking for a **Network Technician** with at least 2 years of experience in corporate environments, focused on managing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructures. The selected candidate will work on technology projects for top-tier clients, actively participating in the operation and evolution of their network and security environments, with regular interaction with international teams and vendors. The position is based in **Madrid** (capital), following a hybrid work model—working some days from home and others from the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory. ### **Responsibilities:** * Configure, administer, and maintain corporate network infrastructures, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. * Operate and support FortiGate firewalls, including management of security policies, site\-to\-site VPNs, and remote access. * Administer switching and LAN/WiFi networks based on Aruba technology, performing configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization tasks. * Monitor networks, resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, produce technical documentation, and communicate with clients and vendors in English. * Manage TCP/IP-based network environments, including VLANs, routing, and switching, applying best practices in design and operations. * Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls, managing rules, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPNs, and security features. * Administer Aruba switches and, preferably, network access control solutions such as Aruba ClearPass (NAC). * Analyze complex network incidents, identify root causes, and propose technical solutions. * Collaborate with other technical teams in multidisciplinary environments and document procedures and changes implemented. * Participate in on-call duties and support rotations, including occasional availability outside standard working hours. * Minimum English level: B2 ### **Nice to have:** * CCNA certification or equivalent is valued. * Experience in cybersecurity environments. * Knowledge of corporate WiFi and wireless networks. * Experience with network monitoring tools.
