We seek a **Microsoft Security Engineer** with substantial hands-on experience in corporate environments and the ability to work on international projects, where fluent English is essential for daily operations. We do not seek a “checklist candidate”, but rather **a solid Microsoft Security professional** holding relevant certifications. Main Responsibilities * **Design, deployment, and operation of Microsoft security solutions** * Working with **Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID / Azure AD** * **Security incident analysis and response** * Implementation of **identity, access, and compliance controls** * Participation in **international projects with English communication** * Collaboration with technical and business teams in an **Agile environment** * . REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** * **Proven experience of more than 5 years in Microsoft security** * **Fluent spoken English** (regular technical meetings) * **Practical experience** in at least one or several of the following areas: **Security Engineering** **SOC / SecOps** **Identity & Access Management** **Compliance / Information Protection** * **Microsoft security certification** (at least one mandatory) * Microsoft Certified: Security Engineer Associate * Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate * Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert * Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate * Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate\* * Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate **Desirable** * Experience in complex cloud environments (Azure) * Security architecture vision * Experience in international projects * Client-facing communication skills **What Do We Offer?** Salary commensurate with your experience.
