Join our padel and running club, summer events, Halloween celebrations… and much more! **Flexible Benefits**: Health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare support… you decide how to use them!### **What Will Make You Succeed:** ✔️ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields. ✔️ Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM). ✔️ Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, or ServiceNow. ✔️ Proficiency with Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook). ✔️ Pursuing certifications such as Microsoft SC\-900 or CompTIA Security\+ is desirable. ✔️ Strong communication skills, internal customer orientation, and a proactive attitude. ✔️ Ability to follow standardized processes accurately.### **Your Mission in This Role:** Process user creation, modification, and deactivation requests in corporate systems. Assign and modify access roles in accordance with security policies. Resolve incidents related to blocked access, passwords, and permissions. Execute user onboarding and offboarding procedures. Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams. Maintain up-to-date activity logs and documentation.
