Support for basic IT networks and systems An IT Technician in Zaragoza focused on delivering technological support and services to clients. Daily responsibilities include providing technical assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring companies' systems remain operational. Tasks include direct support to users and companies, installation and configuration of equipment and systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and support in basic IT networking and systems. Customer service and documentation of interventions are also required. Candidates must hold a vocational training qualification (medium or higher level) in IT. Prior experience in similar roles, as well as knowledge of sales and cybersecurity, will be valued. This is a temporary part-time position.
