Job Summary: At PRIM, we are seeking an IT Manager to lead our technological transformation, responsible for defining and executing the strategy while driving digitalization and data exploitation. Key Highlights: 1. Lead PRIM's technological transformation and digital strategy. 2. Drive digitalization, data, analytics, and AI across the business. 3. Consolidate the Technology Department and manage IT governance. At PRIM, we are looking for an **IT Manager** to lead our technological transformation — a role in which you will be responsible for **leading PRIM’s technology strategy**, enabling technology to serve the business through operational efficiency, innovation, and improved decision-making, with a focus on digital transformation, data, and artificial intelligence. **What will you do at PRIM?** **Technology Strategy and Transformation** * Define and execute the technology and digital strategy aligned with corporate strategy. * Design and lead the technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and ROI. * Drive end-to-end digitalization of processes and enhance customer and employee experience. **Architecture, Systems, and Operations** * Define the target architecture and ensure the evolution of applications, data, and infrastructure. * Guarantee operation and continuity of corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BI, and key platforms). * Manage the technology lifecycle and service levels. **Data, Analytics, and AI** * Foster a data-driven culture and leverage data for decision-making. * Lead the responsible adoption of advanced analytics and AI applied to business. * Promote automation and productivity tools. **People, Governance, and Vendors** * Consolidate the Corporate Technology Department. * Establish the IT governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and budgeting model. **What we are looking for:** * Experience in technology leadership roles such as IT Manager / Head of IT / CTO. * Strong business orientation and leadership and influencing capabilities. * Experience in digital transformation, architecture, data, and cybersecurity. * Advanced English proficiency.
