Persuasion and negotiation skills for handling commercial objections **Job Mission** You will manage the sales cycle entirely via telematic means, converting leads into customers through consultative and technical communication. **What responsibilities and tasks will you handle?** * Sales Cycle Management: Identification, qualification, and closing of business opportunities fully remotely/telematically. * Consultative Selling: Advising potential customers on technical (IT) solutions by understanding their needs and tailoring the value proposition. * Objection Handling: Applying advanced persuasion and negotiation techniques to address commercial and technical objections. * Prospecting and Follow-up: Managing leads (cold and warm) using CRM tools to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. * Technical Demonstrations: Conducting product/service presentations via videoconference. **Minimum Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development (BDR/SDR) roles. Solid technical knowledge in Cloud, Telco, Cybersecurity, and ICT solutions within the SaaS environment is recommended. Familiarity with the technology solutions market and its competitors.
