GCP Data Engineer (LookML)

Devoteam G Cloud is looking for a stable, long-term GCP Data Engineer specialized in Looker, with experience and autonomy, and at least two years of industry experience. Requirements: * Senior-level experience working with Looker in complex production environments * Design and management of Looker architectures with multiple instances (dev / pre / prod, multi\-project, multi\-client, etc.) * Extensive experience in LookML (refinements, extends, Liquid syntax) * Expertise in SQL, especially BigQuery; query optimization and cost management are essential * Solid knowledge of analytical data modeling (star schema, snowflake, metrics, semantic layers, one big table) * Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Looker and working with GitHub * Experience with LookML testing, validations, and quality control * Release management and versioning of models and dashboards * Concurrent work across multiple environments (development, staging, production) * Definition of modeling standards and best practices * Management of access, roles, and permissions in Looker and BigQuery * Experience in data governance, certified metrics, and single source of truth
