DESCRIPTION You will participate in the evolution of **electronic administration and administrative processing systems**, with direct impact on the digitalization of public processes. A key role in bridging business and technology within an **Agile** environment, working alongside technical teams and clients. **Conditions** --------------- * **Project Duration: 6 months** * **Location:** Barcelona * **Work Modality:** Remote. Must reside in Spain. * **Working Hours:** Full-time, 9 - 18h * **Salary:** up to 37.000 € B/A **Responsibilities** ------------- * Functional analysis of **enhancements and incidents** in electronic administration systems. * Definition and refinement of **functional requirements** (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules). * Preparation of **functional documentation**: analysis, workflows, use cases, and impact matrices. * Coordination with technical teams (**backend, frontend, and architecture**) to ensure correct implementation. * **Client interaction** for requirement gathering, validations, and follow-up. * Functional support during **UAT testing**, validation of deliverables, and defect management. * Analysis of the complete lifecycle of **administrative files** (registration, processing, signing, notification, and archiving).
