Main Responsibilities Analysis and management of fraud alerts. Investigation of suspicious transactions and report drafting. Advanced use of monitoring and prevention tools such as Outseer and RSA. Case management and tracking via corporate CRM. Identification of patterns, trends, and potential vulnerabilities. Incident escalation and coordination with internal teams. Proposal of process improvements and enhancements to detection rules. KNOWLEDGE: Prior experience in fraud, risk, or cybersecurity areas within a banking or similar environment. Solid knowledge of Outseer, RSA, and CRM tools. Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
