Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials and products throughout the entire supply chain, from suppliers to final customer delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures traceability and visibility of material flow. Job Description: **Job Mission**: As a Flow Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials and products across the entire supply chain — from supplier management to final customer delivery. Your objective will be to ensure every link in the process is aligned to meet established deadlines and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**: Supplier Management: + Tracks and manages the order portfolio. + Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely and correct material availability. + Resolves issues related to deliveries and documentation. * Material Planning and Control: + Monitors inventory levels and procurement requirements. + Prioritizes orders based on demand and production capacity. + Ensures traceability and visibility of material flow. * Coordination with Production: + Defines manufacturing priorities based on committed delivery dates. + Maintains continuous communication with planning and operations teams to adjust workloads. * Customer Delivery: + Ensures orders are completed and shipped on time. + Monitors KPIs related to delivery performance and customer satisfaction. + Communicates delivery dates to customers and manages the order portfolio. (External) Spanish Qualifications: **Required Profile:** * Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. * English level B2. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (primarily Excel). * ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP) is an advantage. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and strong communication skills. **Tell us more about yourself.
