We are looking for a candidate to join our IT department as a Digital Solutions Engineer to implement, optimize and manage technological solutions that drive digitalization and transformation of the organization’s IT infrastructure processes and components, ensuring efficiency, security and alignment with business strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: * Collaborate in defining organizational and user needs, objectives and requirements regarding IT infrastructure integration, addressing functionality, scalability, security and efficiency, aligning them with strategy and business goals. * Propose digital solutions for IT infrastructure integration, adapted to the various technologies, platforms and services used by the organization. * Advise, supervise and ensure correct implementation, configuration and operation of technological solutions, applying appropriate tools, protocols and standards. Ensure system compatibility, performance and integration, identifying and resolving incidents. * Monitor the impact and benefits of integration solutions using indicators, metrics and data analysis, reporting results and, where applicable, implementing continuous improvements based on outcomes and user feedback. * Develop and oversee integration projects for new developments and applications, managing resources, timelines, costs and quality, resolving potential issues and unforeseen events, as well as resolving Level 3 incidents\. * Ensure implementation and compliance with Security and Health, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Environment, Sustainability, Ethics and Compliance policies, as well as defined organizational procedures and processes. * These responsibilities may be carried out fully or partially by the incumbent of this position, without prejudice to any other duties assigned in accordance with their qualifications, training and experience. **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in integration, support and operation of digital systems in complex environments. * English level B2 or higher, with ability to interact in international technical contexts. * Solid and demonstrable knowledge of: * Digital infrastructures and systems (Communications, Operating Systems, Databases). * SaaS / IaaS / Cloud solutions (preferably Azure). * Cybersecurity and technological risk management. * Identity management (IAM) and access control. * Desirable: * Training in Artificial Intelligence, automation or emerging technologies. * Master’s degree in digital systems, software engineering or related fields. **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and foster diversity and inclusion.
