We seek profiles with technical expertise and management capability who aspire to further develop their leadership and project coordination skills. **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum **3 years’ experience managing projects and teams.** * Participation in **ethical hacking and penetration testing projects** as PM or team leader. * Experience in **planning, scheduling, and using project management platforms.** * Knowledge of **standards and methodologies** (NIST, OWASP, CVSS, CIS Controls). * Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis. * Familiarity with workflows for web, mobile, and infrastructure audits. * Familiarity with auditing tools and vendors for vulnerability analysis, SAST/DAST. * Experience working in mixed teams comprising staff dedicated to specific clients and staff handling multiple projects. * Experience drafting project tracking documentation and supervising technical reports. **Language Requirement:** * **B2 level English.** This will be assessed during the selection process. **Additional assets (positively valued):** * Specific academic qualifications or degrees aligned with the competencies described above. * Project management certifications (Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL). * Security certifications (CEH, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, BSCP). * Experience working at offensive cybersecurity service providers. * Experience leading hacking teams from a managerial and coordination perspective. * Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK.
