A strategic role offering natural progression toward team leadership and continuous improvement of the SOC. ### **Conditions** * Permanent contract * Work location: **Madrid** * Work mode: **Hybrid** (2\-3 days in office) * Schedule: Office \+ occasional on-call duties ### **Your Responsibilities** * **End\-to\-end leadership of cybersecurity incident management** * **Coordination of SOC teams** and threat response * **Analysis and containment of critical incidents** * Improvement of response processes and playbooks * Liaison with clients and technical stakeholders * Management of escalations and decision-making in critical situations REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * **5+ years in cybersecurity, focused on incident response** * Experience as **Incident Manager or Cybersecurity Architect** * Knowledge of **WAF tools (Imperva, Incapsula)** * Experience in SOC environments * **High level of English (minimum B2/C1\)** * Crisis coordination and management capability ### **Desirable** * **Certifications: ECIH, CPHE**, or other cybersecurity certifications * Experience leading teams or coordinating **SOC services** * Knowledge of **security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001\)** * Experience in **security consulting** ### **What do we offer ??** Salary commensurate with your experience.
