Within this department, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and dynamic projects—exploring, developing, and implementing AI solutions for our clients. What will your day-to-day look like? Design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions, including agent-based (multi-agent) systems and advanced automation. Participate in the technical definition and leadership of AI projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under agile and waterfall methodologies. Develop applications and services in Python, PHP, and .NET, integrating data from multiple APIs and heterogeneous systems. Administer and secure Linux and cloud environments, supporting the deployment of containerized solutions using Docker and Docker-Compose. Design and optimize complex data models and relational database schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL), as well as ETL processes. Collaborate on innovation projects (IoT, traceability, blockchain, industrial cybersecurity), from MVP ideation to implementation. Contribute to research activities, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation aligned with quality and security standards. What are we looking for? Solid (senior) experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence, with the ability to technically lead complex solutions. Degree in Computer Engineering (PhD preferred) and a strong foundation in computer architecture, distributed systems, and cloud computing. Advanced knowledge of Linux system administration, scripting (Bash), and version control with Git (GitLab/GitHub). Practical experience with containers (Docker) and deploying applications in cloud environments. Ability to develop AI and automation solutions in Python (including multi-agent systems) and knowledge of PHP. Knowledge of cybersecurity, technological ethics, and designing secure and traceable solutions.
