If leading change and taking continuous improvement to the next level motivates you, this challenge is for you. ### **Conditions** * **Work modality:** Remote from Spain. * **Schedule:** Full-time * **Salary:** Based on experience ### **Your Responsibilities** * Lead agile transformation and continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives. * Analyze, redesign, and optimize end\-to\-end processes. * Identify and eliminate waste, improving operational efficiency. * Facilitate agile practices and foster a continuous improvement mindset. * Support teams and stakeholders through cultural change. * Define metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * Engineering or technical degree. * \+4 years of experience in agile transformation and/or continuous improvement (Lean). * Experience in process optimization and waste elimination. * Experience leading organizational and cultural change. * Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills. ### **Desirable** * Certifications: SAFe, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), CSM, Lean IT. * Experience in complex environments or large organizations.
