You will be part of a continuous transformation where your impact will be critical to automation, stability, and innovation across our environments. **What will you do?** * Ensure proper application of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and/or scaled approaches such as SAFe) in European defense projects. * Structurally facilitate agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. * Promote team autonomy by proactively identifying and removing impediments. * Maintain and reinforce the team’s agile dynamics, ensuring its stability, focus, and sustainability. * Act as a servant leader, providing continuous support to the team and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, positively influencing backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with stakeholders. * Facilitate smooth communication with multidisciplinary and distributed teams, both nationally and internationally. * Identify conflicts, facilitate their resolution, and promote working relationships grounded in trust and respect. * Manage and track agile metrics (velocity, lead time, team capacity, etc.) to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for work tracking and project transparency. * Adapt the agile framework to complex and evolving environments typical of European and defense projects. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria we’re seeking.
