Workshop Technician At Carglass ®, we are specialists in vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration. For our service center in Málaga , we are looking to hire a Workshop Technician . This position is designed for individuals with manual dexterity, customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work. Prior experience in the automotive glass sector is not required: if you meet the job requirements and bring the right attitude, motivation, aptitude for manual work, and willingness to grow, specific prior experience will not be a barrier. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training at one of our training centers, where you will learn the procedures, tools, and knowledge needed to perform the role safely, with quality and confidence. What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? You will join the workshop team and participate in vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration, following Carglass®’s established technical, quality, and safety procedures. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Performing automotive glass repairs and replacements. Using technical tools and equipment according to defined procedures. Ensuring service quality, safety, and workshop organization. Interacting with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. Explaining the work performed and addressing basic questions related to the service. Identifying additional customer needs and recommending solutions honestly and naturally. Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure smooth center operations and an excellent customer experience. What do we value? Interest in learning a technical specialty related to the automotive industry. Attention to order and detail, and commitment to safety. Ability to work efficiently, adapt to change, and maintain quality even during periods of high activity. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to communicate clearly. Teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude. Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in the automotive industry, mechanics, bodywork and painting, windshield installation, or similar roles is considered a plus but is not mandatory. What do we offer?
