We are looking for a **Workshop Operator** for our manufacturing plant. Your role will involve participating in the preparation, cutting, machining, and assembly of glass parts, metal profiles, and components, ensuring quality at each stage of production. **Responsibilities** * Cutting and handling glass and aluminum profiles according to drawings or specifications. * Assembling hardware, seals, and structural elements. * Quality control and packaging of orders. * Basic maintenance of tools and machinery. * Collaboration with the production and warehouse teams. * Compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness regulations. **Essential Requirements** * Experience in a metal carpentry, glazing, or industrial production workshop. * Basic operation of machinery (cutting machine, miter saw, drill, etc.). * Ability to follow instructions and work with precision. * Commitment and punctuality. **Soft Skills** * A **dynamic, responsible person with a positive attitude**. * **Teamwork** and consistent support to workshop and installation colleagues. * **Willingness to learn and grow professionally** within a solid company. * **Attention to detail** and focus on delivering high-quality work. * **Adaptability** to different paces and tasks within the workshop. **Conditions** * Indefinite contract after trial period. * Full-time * Location: Alaquàs, Valencia. * Salary according to collective agreement. * PRL training and opportunities for internal promotion.
