Plans, organizes, and controls workshop inventory If you have experience as both a mechanic and a manager, and wish to join a leader in the automotive industry, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities:** **Manage the mechanical workshop:** * Team management: Supervise and coordinate workshop staff, assign tasks, and ensure each worker fulfills their responsibilities efficiently and safely * Quality control: Ensure all work meets the company's established quality and safety standards. * Planning and organization: Organize daily tasks and schedule maintenance or repair jobs according to set priorities and deadlines. * Equipment maintenance: Ensure workshop machinery and tools remain in optimal condition. * Inventory control: Manage stock of spare parts, tools, and materials required for the workshop, placing orders and monitoring inventory levels. * Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with labor, environmental, and occupational safety regulations within the workshop. * Team management: Recruit, select, hire, train, supervise, and coordinate personnel; manage client billing, accounts receivable, and corporate clients. **Offered:** Contract: Permanent contract with probationary period Working hours: Full-time **How to apply** Interested candidates, please submit your updated CV through our job portal.
