WINEMAKER (CELLAR WORKER)

Vilanova i la Geltrú Winery is seeking four winemakers for the 2026 grape harvest campaign. We offer: \- Temporary contract with a minimum duration of 1 month for the summer season. Working hours to be agreed upon with the company, with one of the following options: \- Intensive schedule from 8:00 to 16:00 or from 16:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00. \- Possibility of split shifts \- Monthly gross salary of 1221 euros Requirements: \- Proficiency in Catalan and/or Spanish to properly carry out job responsibilities. \- Responsible, dynamic individual with a positive attitude toward work. \- Motivation, commitment, and willingness to learn and perform assigned tasks. \- Availability and flexibility to adapt to the company's organization and needs. \- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and handle materials or equipment, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. \* Basic knowledge of mechanics and maintenance will be valued. \- Grape reception, unloading, and sorting \- Support during various stages of wine production (pressing, destemming, fermentation, racking, and other processes) \- Monitoring and control of tanks and production processes, following instructions from the cellar manager \- Cleaning and disinfection of tanks, barrels, hoses, pumps, and other equipment and facilities, in accordance with hygiene protocols \- Preparation of equipment and materials required for various cellar operations \- Loading, unloading, and moving goods using pallet trucks \- Inventory control of materials and support in receiving supplies \- Basic and preventive maintenance of machinery and reporting of incidents \- Compliance with occupational risk prevention, hygiene, and food safety regulations \- Collaboration in grape harvest activities and any other tasks necessary for proper cellar operation. * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Full-time position * Monthly gross salary 1221
